Nem sempre o tratamento endodôntico fica radiograficamente bonito, costumo falar que a “estética radiográfica” às vezes não fica satisfatória, mas temos que lembrar que a Endodontia, está muito relacionada com a microbiologia, fisiologia, química, anatomia e principalmente com a biologia. O tratamento endodôntico não se resume a uma radiografia final com uma “estética linda”, vai muito além disso. Muitas vezes temos o resultado que queremos, que é devolver a saúde a pessoa, acabando com uma infecção e/ou inflamação, devolvendo a ela a possibilidade de utilizar seu dente para as devidas funções, estética, mastigatória, oclusal.....porém com uma “estética radiografica insatisfatoria” nesse caso fiz o meu melhor, não consegui remover o instrumento no canal (apesar de parecer fácil, pois estava na entrada) mas não foi..... consegui remover uma parte, passei o restante é foi o que consegui!!!! Agora é preservar.

Endodontic treatment is not always radiographically beautiful, I usually say that "radiographic aesthetics" sometimes do not get satisfactory, but we have to remember that Endodontics is very related to microbiology, physiology, chemistry, anatomy and especially with biology. The endodontic treatment does not boil down to a final X-ray with a "beautiful aesthetic" goes much further. Often we have the result that we want, which is to return the health to the person, ending with an infection and / or inflammation, giving back to her the possibility of using her tooth for the proper functions, aesthetic, masticatory, occlusal ..... with an "unsatisfactory radiographic aesthetic" in this case did my best, I could not remove the instrument in the channel (although it seems easy, because it was in the entrance) but it was not ..... I was able to remove a part, I spent the rest is What I got !!!! Now it's preserving.
