Dificuldades no tratamento endodôntico

🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 Nem sempre o tratamento endodôntico fica radiograficamente bonito, costumo falar que a “estética radiográfica” às vezes não fica satisfatória, mas temos que lembrar que a Endodontia, está muito relacionada com a microbiologia, fisiologia, química, anatomia e principalmente com a biologia. O tratamento endodôntico não se resume a uma radiografia final com uma “estética linda”, vai muito além disso. Muitas vezes temos o resultado que queremos, que é devolver a saúde a pessoa, acabando com uma infecção e/ou inflamação, devolvendo a ela a possibilidade de utilizar seu dente para as devidas funções, estética, mastigatória, oclusal.....porém com uma “estética radiografica insatisfatoria” nesse caso fiz o meu melhor, não consegui remover o instrumento no canal (apesar de parecer fácil, pois estava na entrada) mas não foi..... consegui remover uma parte, passei o restante é foi o que consegui!!!! Agora é preservar.
