Para remoção do instrumento, primeiro ultrapassamos o mesmo com Limas manuais Cpilot #06, #08 e #10, depois com o auxílio do ultrassom, conseguimos a remoção.
- PQM: Limas Reciprocantes de NiTi x1 Blue #25.05, hipoclorito de sódio 5% + EDTA 17% (XP clean) @mklife_ .
- Obturação: Ondas contínuas de condensação.

- Patient referred to the office to try to remove a separate instrument inside the root canal and Endodontic treatment of the same.
